چکیده
Introduction saccular with a calcified neck (Fig. 1) and was compressing the ureter resulting in significant hydroRenal artery aneurysms remain a relatively uncommon nephrosis (Fig. 2). At laparotomy a large left-sided haematoma was problem. The reported incidence has varied with the population described and ranges from 0.3% in patients encountered extending to the midline. It was possible to explore the infrarenal aorta and to identify and undergoing angiography to 1% in patients being investigated for renal disease. Solitary giant renal artery clamp the origin of the left renal artery. The descending colon was reflected medially allowing visualisation of aneurysms (at least 5 cm in diameter) are even more unusual with only eleven reported cases in the litthe anterior aspect of the left kidney, the collecting system, ureter, the renal vein and the large saccular erature. To our knowledge there is only one previous published report describing treatment of a ruptured aneurysm. The aneurysm was located at the first branching of giant renal artery aneurysm and this resulted in nephrectomy. The following is a report of a male patient the main renal artery. With mobilisation of the renal vein and careful dissection of the hydroureter the with a ruptured giant renal artery aneurysm and a congenital solitary kidney. Successful repair with renal proximal renal artery and the common origin of three branches exiting the aneurysm were identified. The salvage was achieved by aneurysm excision and primary arterial repair.

Renal insufficiency after infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm reconstruction: An analysis of this risk factor in 45 patients
Abstract Background: Renal insufficiency is a potential complication after infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm repair and is a significant risk factor for postoperative mortality and morbidity. The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of this risk factor, before and during operation. Methods: In this prospective study, between 2003 and 2006, 45 patients underwent repair of an infrarena...

Ruptured internal iliac artery aneurysms (IIAA) are extremely rare, and the repair can be challenging. This case reports described an 83-year-old patient who presented at our Emergency Department with acute abdominal pain based on a ruptured IIAA. He refused open repair and only wanted to be treated as minimally invasive as possible. Therefore endovascular embolization of the IIAA was performed...

Endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) of abdominal aorta is a valuable treatment option in selected patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm. Renal artery occlusion is a serious complication after EVAR and may progress to permanent renal injury requiring hemodialysis. In this report, case of unexpected renal artery occlusion after EVAR treated with renal artery stenting in the late postoperative p...

Open thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm (TAAA) repair includes aortic clamping that interrupts antegrade blood flow to distal organs. Ischemia involving the kidneys can lead to renal failure and poor outcomes. To this end, prevention of ischemic kidney damage has led to several perfusion strategies that protect the kidneys during TAAA surgery. Options for renal perfusion include the use of passiv...

Renal artery aneurysms are the second most common visceral artery aneurysms after splenic artery aneurysms, and before hepatic artery aneurysms. The study presented a case of a ruptured giant right renal artery aneurysm in a female patient. The presented case is worth mentioning, due to the giant size of the lesion. The diameter of the aneurysm exceeded 10 cm. Available literature data mentione...
